Goa is a melting pot of culinary delights, which really lend themselves to an indulgent festive meal!
Meat main dish: Pork vindaloo
Vindaloo, but not as you know it. A regional speciality of Goa, Southern India, traditional vindaloo is characterised by its sweet and sour flavour, unlike its British, much spicier, interpretation. Pork shoulder is cooked in a slow-roasted tomato and white wine vinegar base, served with potatoes, onions and freshly ground spices in a tomato-based gravy
Vegetarian main dish: Sweet potato & chickpea vindaloo
Same as above but with sweet potato & chickpeas.

Cabbage Thoran
A dry vegetable fry, savoy cabbage is cooked in coconut oil, tempered with spices and curry leaves.
Vegetable Samosa
Diced mixed vegetables mixed with spices and fried in pastry!
Plain rice
Steamed basmati rice with ghee.
Naan Breads
Homemade breads, cooked over coal, will form the perfect accompaniment to your meal
