Lamb bhuna is a flavourful Indian dish where tender lamb is slow-cooked with aromatic spices, tomatoes, and onions until the sauce thickens, resulting in a rich and savoury curry experience.
Vegetarian main dish: Sweet potato bhuna
Same as above but with sweet potato instead of lamb.

Palungo ko saag
Spinach and mustard stir fry, with onions, chilli, ginger and garlic.
Amti dahl:
Amti is a tangy and spicy lentil dish. Made with split lentils and spices like mustard seeds, garlic, ginger and tamarind paste.
Caramelised onion rice:
long grain basmati rice cooked with slow cooked caramisled onions and garlic.
Roti breads
Homemade rotis, made with fresh milk are cooked over fire, forming the perfect vehicle to mop up every last drop of sauce.
